In brief
CANADA is used when paying international consolidation shipping, not when placing the original Taobao order.
When to enter it
After parcels arrive and you finish consolidation or route selection, open international-shipping checkout. If the order displays a promo or activity code field, enter CANADA.
Do not enter it in the Taobao order. The exact field depends on the current Cainiao App page.
How to confirm it works
The order is eligible only when checkout shows an applied result before payment. Savings, routes, conditions and validity may change.
Use the final checkout amount as the source of truth.
When paying international shipping
Enter promo code CANADA
Actual savings, eligible routes and validity are shown on the Cainiao App checkout page.Independent guide. Recheck current rates, routes, estimates and item restrictions on the live order page before payment.
