Privacy policy
This is an independent consolidation information site for users in Canada. We do not process Cainiao accounts, parcels, delivery addresses or payment information on this site.
Analytics services we use
After you give explicit permission, this site loads Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. They help us understand page visits, navigation, clicks and scrolling, and identify script or performance problems.
Microsoft Clarity
Clarity uses page structure and interaction events to create click, scroll and attention heatmaps and replay sessions on this site. It collects events such as mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, window resizing, page visibility and diagnostics. Clarity masks input and dropdown content. This site does not send custom identity identifiers to Clarity.
Consent and withdrawal
Analytics is off by default. Analytics scripts and cookies load only after you select Allow analytics. Rejecting optional analytics does not affect site content or functionality. You can change your choice through Analytics settings in the footer. When consent is withdrawn, the site stops loading analytics and attempts to remove its analytics cookies.
Retention
Microsoft Clarity normally retains session playback data for 30 days and aggregated click and heatmap data for 9 months. Google and Microsoft process information under their respective privacy statements. Your consent choice remains in this browser's local storage until you change it or clear browser data.
Third-party links
This site links to the Cainiao App and other websites. Their privacy policies apply after you leave this site. We do not receive your Cainiao App account or order data.
