Confirm which parcels have arrived

Check each parcel’s warehouse status in the App. A domestic order still in transit cannot yet be included.

Orders from different sellers may arrive on different dates. Whether to wait depends on your timing and the service currently offered.

Air, sea and other route details can change. Check available options, item restrictions and the live quote before selecting.

Recheck special categories before consolidation and payment; do not substitute an old order or another user’s experience for the current page.
