Cainiao Canada September order rewards: savings on every shipment, up to 18% off air shipping

Campaign dates and coupons available to all users

All users in the Cainiao App or mini program can participate. The campaign runs from September 1, 2026 at 00:00:00 through September 30, 2026 at 23:59:59, Beijing time. Because Canadian time zones are behind Beijing, do not wait until the evening of September 30 in Canada to claim or use a coupon.

During the campaign, sign in to your CAINIAO account and open the campaign page to manually claim one air-shipping coupon for 12% off and one sea-shipping coupon for 5% off. After tapping claim, check that the button state has updated on the campaign page.

Complete 1 to 6 shipments for up to 18% off air shipping

The challenge counts a consolidated shipment only after it leaves the warehouse, not immediately after submission or payment. At each completed tier, return to the campaign page and manually claim the corresponding air-shipping coupon. The screenshot lists rewards through six completed shipments and does not show a reward for a seventh or later shipment.

How to participate and claim rewards

Claim the entry coupons first, then complete the challenge as parcels arrive and shipments leave the warehouse. The campaign page does not provide further details about how a shipment is counted, so rely on the completed-shipment total shown in your account.

1. Open the Cainiao App or Cainiao consolidation WeChat mini program, sign in and confirm that the service region is Canada.
2. Open the Canada September order-challenge page and manually claim the air-shipping coupon for 12% off and sea-shipping coupon for 5% off.
3. Select parcels already in the warehouse, submit a consolidated shipment and wait for it to leave the warehouse.
4. Return to the campaign page after dispatch and check the completed-shipment count and newly unlocked reward.
5. Tap the claim button for that tier and confirm that the coupon was added successfully.
6. Before the coupon expires, open an eligible consolidated-shipping checkout and select one available coupon.

Coupon rules

The campaign rules set limits for region, order type, validity, combining coupons and refunds. Check each point before checkout.

• Coupons are valid only in Canada.
• Coupons apply only to parcels consolidated through the warehouse address and expire at 23:59:59 Beijing time on September 30, 2026. Expired coupons are not replaced.
• Only one coupon may be used per consolidated shipment, and coupons cannot be combined. If the consolidation is cancelled, the redeemed coupon is returned.
• If a volumetric-weight adjustment produces a refund on an order that used a coupon, the refund is calculated proportionally after the coupon discount.
• CAINIAO retains final interpretation of the campaign. For questions, use the dedicated support entry on the home page.

How to choose before paying

For an air shipment, compare the entry coupon for 12% off with the 15% or 18% coupons unlocked by the challenge. For a sea shipment, check the entry coupon for 5% off. Because only one coupon can be selected for each consolidated shipment, compare the actual discount and final shipping total at checkout.

The campaign page does not list a minimum spend, discount cap or specific sub-routes. Open the coupon details after claiming it to confirm whether the current shipment is eligible, then check the selected offer, actual savings and final total before payment.
