Activity dates and first visit
The rules list the activity from August 25, 2026 at 00:00:00 to September 30, 2026 at 23:59:59, Beijing time. Update the Cainiao App or WeChat mini program before participating.
Because the deadline uses Beijing time, it arrives earlier on September 30 in Canadian time zones. Do not wait until the local evening to use energy or coupons.

- Sign in and confirm the site is set to Canada.
- Open the September energy banner on the home page.
- On the first visit, acknowledge the 30-energy welcome message.
- Choose check-in, tasks, redemption or prize draw on the activity page.
Daily check-in and missed-day recovery
Complete the daily check-in and then claim the energy manually. The rules list 5 energy per day, with additional shipping credit for consecutive check-ins.
Reward and recovery controls can change as the activity progresses, so return to the activity page and confirm that each reward was credited.
- Three consecutive days: ¥0.50 shipping credit

- After a missed day, the page may offer one recovery for the previous day after sharing the activity poster
- Each account can receive at most one recovery opportunity per day
Tasks that earn energy
Tasks include notification settings, account linking, address completion, top-up, sharing and page visits. Return after an external action to confirm the status and claim the reward.
The page also lists cumulative rewards after 1, 3, 5, 10 and 20 completed tasks: 5, 15, 30, 60 and 120 energy. Tasks may change during the activity.

Friend invitations and order milestones
The rules list 50 energy for both parties when an existing user assists; a newly registered friend can generate 200 energy for the inviter, while the friend may claim the new-user gift and ¥10 shipping credit shown on the page. After the friend’s first qualifying consolidation order, both may receive another 200 energy.
For later qualifying dispatched orders, the inviter may receive energy equal to 2% of the friend’s payment, with a minimum of 10 and maximum of 500 energy per order. Limits include 100 invitees per user and one assistance per invitee.
Order milestones are counted after payment and warehouse dispatch. Eligible parcels must have entered the warehouse after the activity launched, and each user can complete at most one milestone round.

What energy can be redeemed for
The redemption centre offers the more predictable option. Energy is not returned after a successful redemption, and stock is limited.
Shipping credit cannot be withdrawn. Coupon eligibility, validity and redemption rules are shown in each coupon’s details, and one consolidation order can use only one coupon.

One prize draw costs 10 energy
Each Canada draw costs 10 energy. The initial 30 energy could therefore fund three draws, or you can complete tasks before deciding between redemptions and the draw.
The listed pool includes coupons, shipping credit, a Nespresso C30 Essenza Mini and a Nintendo Switch 2, plus a no-prize result. An entry is not a guarantee of winning.

Claim and expiry reminders
Unused energy expires after the activity. The listed coupon-use deadline is September 30, 2026 at 23:59:59 Beijing time. Shipping credit has long-term validity, but gifted credit is cleared if the related top-up principal is refunded.
A physical-prize winner must contact support within seven business days. After verification, dispatch is expected 7–30 business days after the activity ends, and the winner pays the cross-border shipping segment.
